With more than 10 years of experience in higher education and seven years of experience in community service, Dr. Johnson has the necessary understanding to provide the education that many people need when running a nonprofit organization. Her accomplishments range from starting her own school, Woman of the Year Award, leadership positions, and multiple higher education course teachings — giving her a unique perspective on teaching related to nonprofit organizations.

Priscilla Zarinelli
Priscilla Zarinelli holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy & Professional Clinical Counseling from Brandman University, now known as UMass Global.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist with real-life experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, military service members, and veterans, Priscilla assists clients with making life changes for the better. She has dealt with a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression, alcohol, substance abuse, and relationship challenges, and examined social issues that may have influenced a client’s mental health.
As a mental health counselor, Priscilla worked with individuals to identify situations, behaviors, and thoughts that interfered with their wellness and recovery. She emphasizes talk therapy to elicit life changes that will support clients’ cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual well-being.
From the perspective of leading to serve, Priscilla strives to motivate individuals to lead with self-awareness and an understanding of personal challenges before leading others. Her desire is to empower individuals for sustained positive improvement to become the best version of themselves they desire.
